Evelyn Frattaroli Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 30, 2025.
Evelyn arrived in this world a challenging at-home breech birth on September 29, 1940, and she sadly left us on May 5, 2025. Evelyn is survived by her husband Anthony; her children: Lisa, Tony (Kellee), and Leslie (Dave); her four grandchildren: Benjamin, Katelyn, Samuel, and Grant; and her two sisters Elsie and Anna Marie.

Evelyn was a professional fighter, loving mother, patient wife, and dear and loyal friend. Never one to shy away from hard work, she fought hard to create a life for her family that was better than her own. Her self-proclaimed greatest accomplishment and pride was raising her children to be loving, independent, hard-working humans. She loved her four grandchildren and was happy to be able to take a step back and watch them grow into fine young adults.

Evelyn loved spending time with her family and friends, talking and laughing over meals that she cooked. Whether it was elaborate feast or appetizers and drinks, she expressed her love through shared meals and the time spent together often around the kitchen or outside table. She provided unwavering support to her given and chosen people. Her friends were dear to her; many she held for most of her life. She loved playing mahjong and cards with the ladies, making friends at the gym, and enjoyed traveling out west.

She firmly believed in speaking her mind and we imagine an angel is getting an earful on the injustice of her suffering through hip replacement surgery without reaping the rewards for more than a year.

To say her family and friends will miss her love and laughter (and pizzelles) is an understatement. We hope to carry on her legacy through continued love and generosity that she bestowed on us and always fight for our loved ones.
