Evelyn was one of the kindest nicest people I have ever met. She always wanted to do for others. She was a great friend to me and I will miss her very much. Always willing to help anyone, she also helped with the meals at her church for a very long time.

As a former member of the altar guild, I often served with Evelyn and thought the world of her. I am so sorry for your loss, indeed for all of our loss. She was an indelible part of the fabric of St. John's and I will miss her.

Evelyn was one of the most giving people I have ever met. She had a true servant's soul, and always had time for anyone in need. I knew Evelyn for 17 years, and she never ceased to amaze me with her caring, humble, intelligent personality. She will be missed by so many people whose lives she touched. Love you, Evelyn
