Joyce was born on May 26, 1945, to Russell Hill and Lottie Whitehead Hill in Glen Allan Mississippi. She loved her weekly trips to the beauty shop. She loved staying connected with her friends on Facebook. She couldn’t go a lot but was grateful and appreciative when she could. She had several game shows that she enjoyed watching, but her favorite was “Wheel of Fortune.” She loved traveling with the love of her life, her husband Fred. They saw a lot of the country together.
