Ever Ramirez, 53, passed away on March 23, 2026, in Hobbs, New Mexico. He was born and raised in Hobbs and later spent many years living in Houston, Texas.
Ever was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his loving daughter, Olivia Ramirez; his step-sons, Juan Eufracio and Christian Suarez; and his cherished grandchildren, Ellianna and Jason Suarez. He is also survived by his father, Cruz Ramirez; his sisters, Naomi Juarez, Chiky Rodriguez, and Nancy Garcia; and his brothers, Omar Ramirez, Sergio Ramirez, and Hugo Ramirez; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Olivia Ramirez, and his brother, Nery Ramirez.
He had a vibrant personality that could light up any room. Ever was incredibly outgoing and had a natural ability to make people laugh. He was kind, thoughtful, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He showed his love through acts of service and words of affirmation, always going out of his way to care for the people in his life.
Ever enjoyed spending his time golfing, gardening, fishing, cooking, watching football and basketball, and cheering on his favorite teams-the Seattle Seahawks, the Texas Longhorns, and the Golden State Warriors.
Above all, Ever was a dedicated single father who raised his daughter on his own. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and the love between them was immeasurable. He was everything to her, and the life they built together will forever be cherished.
He will be remembered most for his outgoing spirit, his sense of humor, and his kind heart. Ever touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
