Everett was born June 30, 1933, in Tye, Arkansas. He enjoyed wood working, fishing, and traveling.
Survivors include his wife; Ruby McCormick, three children; David McCormick, Anissa Roybal, and Keith McCormick (Amy), two brothers; Tommy McCormick, and Eldon McCormick (Joyce), one sister; Douise Ellison, three grandchildren; Tyler Roberts (Kelcia), Aspen Roybal and Bailey McCormick, and four great grandchildren; Jordan Roberts, Kinsley Roberts, Maci Roberts, and Oakley Roberts. He is preceded in death by; his parents, two sisters; Wanda Williams and Janice Davis and two brothers; Billy McCormick and Robert McCormick.

Mr. McCormick is and has always been such an amazing and loving neighbor to my family and I. He always checked in and talked with my family my entire life. He is greatly missed. My family is saddened to hear of his passing and are praying for peace, comfort, and strength. May you rest in eternal peace. I look forward to screaming Hi Mr. McCormick when I get to heaven with you!
