F. Williams Obituary
Todd graduated from Yorkwood High School in 1981. He went on to work construction for many years and also drove a semi. He had most recently been working in Fulfillment at Ascend in Barry. Todd's passion was deer hunting and he worked as a guide for many years at Eagle Lakes Outfitters. He also enjoyed fishing and shed antler hunting, making hunting calls out of his finds. Todd was a knife collector and loved music, especially rock, and preferred it to be played loudly. He was a good cook and was talented at drawing. Todd was a people person and would help anybody. He was funny, caring, and he greatly loved his children. He will be remembered for his smile and contagious laugh.
He is survived by his parents, Garnet 'Rocky' and Kathleen Symington; son, Nicholas Williams of Quincy, IL; four daughters, Tiffany (Adam) Watkins of Eldridge, IA, Trisha (Mike) Desmet of Eldridge, IA, Natalie Williams of El Dara, IL, and Elizabeth Williams of New Canton, IL; five grandchildren, Tyler Watkins, Payton Watkins, Teagan Desmet, Tatum Desmet, Gabriel Williams, and one grandchild on the way, Felix Penn; sister, Tamy (Corey) Brown of Kansas City, MO; niece and nephew, Hayli Brown and Corben Brown; two uncles, Ronald (Joanne) Harris of Quincy, IL and Roger (Karen) Harris of Barry, IL; best friend, Chris Coultas of Barry, IL; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ben and Mary Harris and aunt, Sue Graber.
Visitation will be held on Friday February 3, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry. Graveside services will be held on Friday at 3:00 PM at Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
