Fabio Pires

Fabio Erickson Gomes Pires was born April 30,1991 in Praia, Cape Verde. He was 31 when he was tragically taken doing what he loved most. He is survived by his loving mother Natalia Gomes, father Domingos Pires and his siblings Anthony and Ericksson Alves and Giovanne and Gianna Pires.
Fabio and his mother moved to America on June 10,1999, where they lived with his uncle, Joao Pedro, and cousins. He lived in Dorchester for a majority of his life until he brought his house in 2018 and moved to Brockton. Fabio met his girlfriend Deana in 2011 and have been in a loving relationship since.
Fabio graduated Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in 2011 where he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. He started working at Eversource as an Operating Mechanic in 2016.
Fabio was a loving and devoted family man whose sole drive was to make sure his loved ones were happy and taken care of. Fabio was someone who went out of his was to help anyone in need and would give you the shirt off his back. Those who were fortunate enough to be good friends with Fabio can attest that he lived by this quote from his favorite movie, "I don't have friends, I have family."
Viewing services for Fabio Pires will be held at the George Lopes Funeral Home 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301 on Friday, October 21, 2022, from 5:00- 8:00PM. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at St. Edith Stein Parish 71 E. Main Street Brockton, MA 02301 with a start time of 10:00AM. Proceeding the Mass will be interment to Melrose Cemetery located in Brockton, MA
