Faith Jane Brown was born on February 5, 1937, to Eugene and Beatrice (nee Solberg) Nagle in Chicago, Illinois.  Growing up in a home of faith, she too trusted Jesus as her Savior at an early age.  Following World War II, the family moved from Illinois to Hayward, Wisconsin and then back to Addison, Illinois a few years later.  Faith graduated from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Illinois and taught school for 15 years there.  She married Frew Brown in 1973 and moved permanently with him and son Jason to Paullina Iowa in 1987.  They later attended Oakdale Evangelical Free Church, becoming members there.  Faith is preceded in death by her parents, aunts and uncles, and her husband Frew.  Faith went to be with her Lord on December 1, 2023.
Faith was a sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to many. She was sister to Eugene (Naomi), Ray (Leslie), and Laurie; mother to Andy (Laurie), Laurie (Gary), and Jason (Erin); grandmother to Dan (Robyn), Emily (James), Michael (Patti), Laurilee (Colin), Jaxon, Allesandra, Evelyn, Andre, Trinity, and Truman; great grandmother to Wyatt, Aurora, Tristyn, Karstyn, and Emmett, and had many other nephews and nieces.
