Faron Bruce Burris

Faron Bruce Burris, 61, a resident of Miami passed away at his home on Friday, December 29, 2023. He was born in Welch, Oklahoma to William Albert and Sylvia Agnes (Henely) Burris. Faron grew up in the Welch area, in his adult life he made Miami his home. He worked for over thirty years at Miami Pest Control. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, mostly Cat fishing. Faron was preceded in passing by his parents and his siblings Lewis Burris, Larry Burris, Stacy Ray Burris, and Patsy Jean Burris.
Survivors include his wife Dee Ann Burris of the home, his children Shanie Burris of Miami, Christopher Burris of Grove and Dakota Burris of Miami, his siblings Joan Horn, Linda Wesley, Alberta Dawes, Charlie Burris, Joy Napier, Rose Tunks, Louise Fouts, Gayla McElroy and Betty Jo Paxson, his eight grandchildren Damion Burris, Jennifer Burris, Madison Parsons, Joseph Parsons, Kiley Burris, Bailey Burris, Bentley Burris and Aubrey Burris, along with two great grandchildren Luna Burris and Linlea Smith.
Mr. Burris' wishes were to be cremated, Cremation Services for Faron have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
