Frank, as he was known to us at First Colonial Inn, will be greatly missed. Such a kind thoughtful gentle man. Always looking for ways to help wherever it was needed. I enjoyed morning exercise classes with him and church services here. Extending my heartfelt sympathy and prayers to his family. May God comfort you in this loss of such a special person.
