Farron T. Gregory

Farron T. Gregory, age 59, of Marcy passed away on February 6, 2026, with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 13, 1967, in Utica NY, a son of Gerald and Evelyn (Dukett) Gregory.

On July 22, 2023, he was united in marriage to Mark A. Aldaco, in Marcy, NY.

Farron worked for many years at both Faxton St. Luke's Hospital, and CNY Cardiology.

He enjoyed his music and dancing at any opportunity he had, as well as gardening and tending to his flower beds.

Farron is survived by his loving husband, Mark; stepdaughter, Christina (Eric); grandchildren, Aiden, Noah, and Eva; siblings, Jeff, Corrine, Lisa (Jim), Daryl (Linda); mother, Evelyn; his three beloved fur babies, Atticus, Willow, and Piper; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews; as well as multiple friends who will all miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his father, Gerald "Fran," and a nephew, Adam.

The family would like to thank Hospice and Palliative Care of the Mohawk Valley, especially Nicole, and Nick; who showed him such care and compassion during this time.

Friends are invited to call on the family on Saturday February 14, 2026, at Dimbleby Funeral Home's Inc. 40 Main St. Whitesboro, NY, 13492, from 9 – 11 am, a service for Farron will immediately follow.

A Celebration of Life will continue at the Holland Patent American Legion, 9550 Depot Street, Holland Patent following the services at the funeral home.
