Faydell Nunn Obituary
Faydell Skaggs Nunn, age 85 of Magnolia, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Signature Health Care of Hart County. She is a member of Three Forks Bacon Creek Baptist Church and retired from Louisville Bedding as a binder after 33 years.
She is the daughter of the late Rev. Leland T. Skaggs and the late Mary Elizabeth Druen Skaggs.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Logan Nunn; sisters, Naomi Bailey and Doris Bailey; her brothers, Tom, Howard, and William “Buzz” Skaggs.
She is survived by her four children, Timmy Nunn (Brenda), Marshall Nunn (Susie), Rebecca Talley (D.L.) and Karen Jaggers (Aaron); she was a Mamaw to, Amanda Nunn, Adam Nunn, Austin Nunn, Katie Logsdon, David Middleton, Dewayne Middleton, James Nunn, Rachel Talley, Dana Jaggers, and Miranda Braden; 19 great-grandchildren also survive.
The family will welcome friends from 4:00- 8:00 PM CT on Saturday, October 4, 2026 and again on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM CT at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Talley and Bro. Jeremy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Friendship Cemetery Fund.
