Faye Mawyer Lewis

LEWIS, Faye Mawyer, 68, went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2023. Faye was preceded in death by her mother, Nan "Flossie" M. Mawyer; and her father, Goodman "Goody" Mawyer. She is survived by her best friend, Dennis; her daughters, Erin Crowder (Kyle) and Cara LeVere (Greg); her grandchildren, Jillian and Carter; her brother, Billy Mawyer (Mona); her sister, Vikki Kavanaugh (Pat); and her youngest brother, Kevin Mawyer (Jacqui); and many loved nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dear friend, Tammy Doup. She was the best Mimi to Jillian and Carter. Faye was a devoted mother, Mimi, sister, best friend, Titi and a friend to many. She loved spending time with family, working in her beautiful flower beds and soaking up the sun, preferably at the beach. She loved being a mother and a Mimi most of all and words cannot describe how much she will be missed. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 7 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 10230 Hull Street Rd., Midlothian, Va. 23112. Funeral services will immediately follow.
