Faye Marie Parks, 68, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, surrounded by the profound love of her husband and children. A lifelong resident of Southwick, Faye was born in Westfield, Ma, to the late Ronald E. Humason Sr. and Nancy Louise (Welch) Humason. Faye was a dedicated professional who spent many years in retail and contributing to the success of her father's business, R. E. Humason Inc. To know Faye was to know a woman whose life was defined by the care of others. She was renowned for her selflessness, always placing the needs of her family and friends above her own. This devotion was most evident in her legendary ability to host; whether it was a birthday, a holiday, or a family milestone, Faye had an exquisite eye for detail. She turned every event into something stunning, ensuring that every color matched and every guest felt cherished. Above all her accomplishments, Faye found her truest purpose in her role as "Grammy." Her four-soon to be five-grandchildren were the lights of her life, and they grew up knowing there was nothing she wouldn't do for them. Faye is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Edward Parks, who stood by her side through a lifetime of memories. Her legacy lives on through her children: Allison Gogol and her husband Michael of Westfield; Kerry Wolfe and her husband Nathan of Westfield; and Kelly Miller and her husband Chad of Agawam. She is also survived by her siblings, Ronald Humason Jr. (Patricia Tangredi), Michaelene Gurka (Richard), Randal Humason, Rodney Humason and Nancy Cortesi. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, her extended family, and the many lives she touched with her kindness. Family and friends are invited to gather for visiting hours on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 5PM-7PM at Southwick Forastiere Funeral and Cremation, 624 College Highway, Southwick. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 beginning at 10AM burial will follow at the New Cemetery, Southwick MA.
