Faye L. Scott, 73, of Frankfort, died on Friday afternoon, May 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Wednesday, July 18, 1951, in Ross County, a daughter of the late Sterling and Beulah Wright Conley. On April 29, 1972, she married her husband, Larry B. Scott, Sr., and he preceded her in death on April 27, 2023.
She is survived by her four children, Larry (Tessa) Scott, Jr. of Chillicothe, Carman Christopher (Tracy) Scott of LaFayette, Indiana, Carmelitta (Lee) Puckett of Coal Grove, Roseanne (Ryan) Pollock of Greenfield, eighteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, one sister, Paulette Payne of Chillicothe, four brothers, Willis (Susan) Conley, Sterling (Cora) Conley of Frankfort, John (Linda) Conley of Frankfort, Larry (Charlene) Conley of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Charlotte Lynn Conley.
Faye was a graduate of Adena High School and went on to earn her associate’s degree in nursing. She worked many years in the Ross County area as a registered nurse. Faye enjoyed bowling and shopping.
A funeral service for Faye will be held on Thursday morning, May 15, 2025, at 11am in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Following the service Faye will be buried next to her husband, Larry B. Scott, Sr., in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Family and friends can visit with Faye’s family on Wednesday evening, May 14, 2025, at the funeral home, from 6 to 8pm. Those who want to share a memory of Faye may sign her online register.
