Fe Cristobal, 91, loving daughter of the late Joaquin F. Cristobal and the late Generosa Cristobal (née Gonzales); sister of Paz G. Cristobal, and the late Benigno G. Cristobal, Annie C. (late Protacio) Nicolas, sister in law of Diovina; aunt of Minda, late Celso (Lydia), late Rhonda, Ferdinand (Elsie), Bella Nicolas, Marlene (Tom) Coyl, Joanne (Edgar) Frias and Jason (Cheryl); great aunt of
Vina Faye, Gail, Stephanie (Jamie), Stephen, Jeffrey (Sydney), Ryan, Lauren, Jonathan, Marcus, Mateo, Lucas and great great aunt of Maxwell and Finnegan.
Fe Gonzales Cristobal passed away at 91 years old in Glenview, Illinois, on April 8, 2025, at her home surrounded by family and loved ones. Fe was born on August 1, 1933, in San Clemente, Tarlac, in the Philippines. She taught at the University of the Philippines before she retired and immigrated to the United States in May 1989 to join her younger sister, Annie, in the Chicagoland area. Fe spent her retirement traveling, gardening, cooking, and caring for her grandnieces and grandnephews, attending their school band concerts and cheering from the stands at their sports games. She loved and took care of her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews as if they were her own. She will forever be remembered as our beloved Auntie Fe.
Visitation Friday, April 18th, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Colonial Wojciechowski Funeral Home 8025 W. Golf Rd. Niles, IL. 60714. Funeral Monday, April 21st, beginning with 9:00 am prayers at the funeral home and processing to St. Catherine Laboure Church. Mass 10:00 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
