Heartfelt condolences to his family and friends...Lico did a lot of great work through the past years in our families homes in Midland, and we were honored to know him and his sons. Lico always had a smile and a good attitude, even through his health struggles. We pray for peace and comfort for his loved ones at this most difficult time of mourning.
