Mr. Felix Salas Sr, was born on May 2, 1936, in Morelos Coahuila, Mexico. He passed from this life on Tuesday morning, May 14, 2024, in Tyler. Over the years he worked as a boat mechanic for Masseys Outdoor Store. He enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing, and spending it with his family, whom he loved dearly.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Nelda Ruth Salas; parents, Celestino Salas Morales and Maria Ignacio Vasquez Gonzales, siblings, Gregorio, Humberto, Francisco amd Juanita.
He is survived by his loving children, Felix Salas, Jr, Jennifer Ducote and husband Dale, and Mary Salas; siblings, Lupe, Fidencio, Conrado, Joel, Ernesto, Gloria, Maria, Vicenta and Eva;
Grandchildren, Chelsea and Antonio Segura, Breezy Salas, Braxton Salas, Mason Townsend, James Townsend, Cyan Townsend, Kase Ducote, and Westin Ducote; great grandchildren, Juan Perez, Bowen Seguar, Darceigh Segura, Cole Dotson, Blaire Dotson amd Falyn Dotson. Numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives also survive him.
