FENTON MARTIN Obituary
Fenton Martin, affectionately known as "Fent," was born on July 10, 1961, in San Carlos, Arizona. He passed away on February 6, 2026, in the same beloved community where he spent his life. A dedicated Wildland Firefighter.
He is survived by three daughters, Mona Burdette, Krystal Hunter, and a son, Leno Burdette. Fenton also leaves behind his siblings, sisters Lori Cosen and Deborah Martin, as well as brothers Chester Martin Jr., Anthony Martin, and Barry Martin and grandchildren: Ashlee Bendle, Ashton Bendle, Harlan Bendle Jr., Caysen Bendle, Brandon Bendle, Caylan Bendle, and Kaylee Bendle. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Aurelius Boni.
Fenton enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going on walks, but his greatest joy came from hanging out with his grandchildren.
Fenton was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Martin Sr. and Rosaria Martin, as well as his brothers Bryan Martin and sister Mary Bahlen and Roberta Hoffman.
Services to celebrate Fenton Martin's life will be held at Martin's Residence, located at 94 Tufa Stone in San Carlos, Arizona. A gathering will take place on February 17, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service the next day, February 18, 2026, beginning at 1:00 PM, concluding at 11:00 AM.
