Mr. Fernando Carrasco Tiangsing

Fernando was born in Paniqui, Tarlac in the Philippines on May 29, 1935 and passed away at Seton Memorial Hospital on January 11, 2011. Born and raised in Paniqui, Tarlac. He was the youngest son of ten children of Florentina and Crispinano Tiangsing. He attended medical school at the University of Santo Thomas and later moved to the United States in 1974. Fernando is survived by his wife Perla, and seven children, Fernando Jr., Amy, Tina, Neil, Jerry, Shaun, Tim; and eleven grandchildren. He loved to travel with his wife and had traveled extensively throughout the world. He especially enjoyed going to the casinos. He was a quiet and gentle man that said a lot with his smile. He was the most caring, kind, thoughtful, generous and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends who will always love and cherish him.
