Fletcher "Jack" Lee Mills, III, age 68, of Willow Spring, NC died on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Duke-Raleigh Hospital, Raleigh, NC. He was born on May 5, 1957 in Halifax County, VA to Esther Fox Mills and the late Fletcher Mills, Jr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Wendy Clayton Mills; his daughter, Jennifer Mills; his sons, Jonathan Mills and Lucas Mills; his grandchildren, Rebecca-Lynn Holmes, Meadow Holmes, Fletcher Holmes, Esther Holmes, Jonathan Mills, Gracie Mills, Leon Mills and Ramona Mills; his sisters, Diane Porterfield Cox, Joyce Ann "Penny" Perkins, and Barbara "Cookie" Woodley; his brothers, Joseph Keyser and Curtis Mills.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Fox.
His memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:00 am in Black Creek Worship Center, 17359 Hwy 210, Angier, NC. His graveside memorial service will follow in Sandy Grove Cemetery.
