Florence I. Lutz

Florence I. Lutz, 94, of 218 Virginia Ave. Sturgis died March 16, 2003 at Thurston Woods Village after a short illness; She was born September 25, 1908 in Colon, Michigan a daughter of Albert Andrew and Mary Elizabeth (Webster) Bonner and had been a lifelong resident of Colon, Burr Oak and Sturgis; Florence was a Homemaker, in her younger years she attended the Burr Oak United Methodist Church and the First United Methodist Church of Sturgis, she now enjoyed the radio ministry of the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, plays and musical events.

Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Henry Hazelwood of Sturgis; Janice and George Greene of St. Simons Island, Georgia; one son and daughter-in-law, Martin W. and Kathleen Lutz of Dublin, New Hampshire; six grandchildren, Brian and Jodi French and son Andrew of Glen Rock, New Jersey; Ryan and Roxanne Jensen and daughter Julia Rose of New Haven, Connecticut; Denine Lutz of Cypress California; Joseph Lutz of Perry Florida; Rodney Greene of North Grafton, Mass; Philip Greene of St. Simons Island, Georgia; cousins Leigh and Lois Bonner;

Preceded in death by two brothers, Collin F. Bonner and Walter S. Bonner;

Friends and relatives may call at the Rosenberg-Schipper Funeral Home Ltd. of Sturgis after 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.; Private graveside services will be held at the Burr Oak Cemetery on Thursday with Rev.
