Florence Irene Manzitto was born December 11, 1926, in Beemer, Neb., to Edward and Eva Gerch. She died September 8, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastiano "Suby" Manzitto; one brother, two sisters; and by her parents.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Patty Evans; granddaughters, Kelli (Jake) Grimm, Traci (Josh) Dinsmore, and Jamie (Russ) Davis; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Colton, Grayson and Gavin; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Friday, September 19, 2025, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 654 S. 86th St., Omaha from 9:30 a.m. until the time of mass at 10:30 a.m. Entombment, Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Christ the King.
