Florence Louise Weyburn (née Franklin), born 29 August 1941, died in Christ. 20 March 2024. Florence was the beloved wife of Donald Weyburn and a resident of Montgomery County, Virginia.
She was born in Leesburg, Virginia, the second child of C. Lee and Martha Franklin of Ashburn, younger sister of the late Isabelle Patterson, and survived by her brother Raymond Franklin, by children Lee Alan Nestor of North Fork, Idaho, and Wanda Louise Priday of Blacksburg, granddaughters Kayleigh Renee Nestor Birmingham, Sage Gaia Boyer and Morel Solstice Boyer, and great-grandson Able Kingston Salamanca.
Florence retired in 2003 from the FAA where she served as a contract technical editor, moving with her husband in 2005 from Falls Church to Blacksburg, VA. Florence was a devoted member of McLean Presbyterian Church in McLean and, upon moving to Blacksburg, Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. She lived for Christ and His Gospel and died in Christ and His promises.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on April 6, 2024, at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, Blacksburg, VA. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.

Florence is a dear sister and Christ, and I look forward to our reunion in heaven. She suffered well these past few years with a countenance of calm and contentment.
