Florence Worden Obituary

BOWLING GREEN -- Florence Kay Worden, Born May 31, 1943 went home to heaven on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Florence is joining her parents Edgar and Mary Worden, along with two brothers Paul and Dale Worden. Florence is survived by her sister Joyce Ann Smith and several nieces and nephews.

Florence graduated from Nursing School and worked several years in nursing homes and at the Wood County Hospital. She was devoted to her University of Michigan Wolverines and those Cleveland Guardians baseball team, but what was most important to her was her relationships with God and her church family.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, August 24 at 2:30pm at the at Bowling Green Church of the Nazarene.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BG Church of the Nazarene, 1855 Gorrill Rd, Bowling Green, OH 43402.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home. www.hannemanfuneralhomes.com.
