Florida Scott Obituary
She married Joe Scott and moved to Osprey in 1950. They were married for 47 years, until his passing 1997. Joe and Florida raised two daughters, Susan Sandefur and Joyce Czuprynski.
Florida worked over 20 years at Winn Dixie, serving as Head Cashier when she retired.
She is survived by her daughter Joyce, 6 grandchildren (Randy Scott, Michael Houtch, Jo Ann Kissel, Jennifer Kali, Timothy Sandefur, and Thomas Sandefur), 12 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
She has a servant's heart. Her grandchildren were her passion, and many called her Granny, whether related to her or not.
Funeral services will take place at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Ewing Chapel, 140 E. Venice Ave., Venice, FL 34285, on Saturday, January 24th. There will be a viewing at 10am and the service at 11am.
