I miss you so much, Daddy. Mom gave me your blanket and I hold it every night. It brings me comfort and makes me feel like I still have a part of you to hold on to. As much as I miss you, I'm so happy that you are with Tommy. I know how badly his passing hurt you and although you would have stayed here forever, even in your pain, to take care of the rest of your family, you are with your son again at peace and at home together in heaven. We all know you will be there when our time comes to join you. It has taken the fear of death away from me. I miss your voice, your jokes and your advice. But you taught us well how to take care of ourselves and gave us your love of music, which is in my life everyday. You also married the best Mom I could ever hope for. I miss you Daddy but know that as you said "We'll all be together soon enough" Until then give Tommy a hug for me and be at peace. We are going to be okay, you made sure of that, but will miss you both everyday.
Love you forever,
Tookie

Father and Son together again in heaven. I wish you hadn't left so soon but it brings me peace knowing you've got each other.

There isn't a day I don't miss you. Your laugh, your silly jokes and all the love you gave even when it took all you had some days. I wish I could still talk to you. I never realized how much we are alike finding ourselves talking on the phone for two hours and it seeming like a few minutes. When I was down you gave me comfort and when you were down I hope I did the same for you. Even though I can't see you, I know you are near. Still looking over me and our family, bringing us a feeling of protection, of gratitude for the things you left for us to take care of ourselves if things ever got crazy, and when we are together singing your favorite songs and dancing, I know you are right beside us and of course Tommy, too. I know you hung on as long as you could for us, but I also know part of you was ready to go home and be with your boy. I hope you are having fun with everyone you have missed, especially your Mom and Dad. I always think about what you said after Tommy passed "We'll all be together soon enough" See you soon Daddy. Always in my heart until we meet again. Love always, Tookie

You are in Heaven now with your son Floydie. We are sad because we miss you already but we have piece because we know you are ok. You were the best friend a person could have. You were like family. You were always there for us. Always there to lend a hand or talk when we needed you. We had the best friend in you over the years. We will miss your laugh & warm smile. You liked our kitty Punky. Even though he was not so nice to strangers, but he liked you Floydie. We hang our santa kitty picture up every year that you gave us. Looks just like our Punky. Thank you for that special memory. You had a unique & wonderful spirit that we admire & never will forget. Your love for your family was Amazing, Dear, & so True. They were lucky to have you. Take care my friend & we will see you on the other side someday. Love Danny & Janny
