GERMANTOWN — Floyd Miller passed away in his sleep on Jan. 20, 2026, age 73.
Born March 30, 1952, in Maysville to William Thomas Miller and Alice Lowe Miller, Floyd was a kind and loving man to his entire family.
He is preceded in death by his wife Georgia Fegan, sisters Sally Mitchell, Mary Browning, Peggy Shumate, and his brother William Thomas Miller Jr.; and survived by twin brother Lloyd Miller, brother Steve Miller (Sandra), sisters Bonnie Parker (Rick) and Nancy Slack, his two children, Nathan Daniel Miller (Leeann) and Keri Renee Teegarden (Steven), five grandchildren, Daniel Bradley Miller, Anna Kaitlyn Miller, Allison Rae Miller, Bryson Raylan Teegarden and Bracken Robert Teegarden and his loving dog, poojo.
Floyd was a collector. He loved his junk, his animals, but most of all his family, never once turning down an opportunity to see his grandchildren. He had a contagious smile and made those around him laugh easily.
A visitation will be held at Palmer Funeral Home in Germantown on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a funeral service immediately following at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.
