FRANCES BRUCE Obituary
Ms. Bruce 90, of Philadelphia died February 3, 2026. She was a native of Neshoba County and grew up in the Linwood Community. Ms. Bruce retired from Mississippi TELCO Federal Credit Union in Jackson, MS. She was Baptist by faith. Her hobbies included spending time with her cats, listening to country music and watching game shows.
Survivors include a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.
Ms. Bruce is preceded in death by parents, John Elmer and Nora Cumberland of Linwood; husband, Robert Bruce III; sisters, Hazel Dampeer, Ruth Moore, Luvadee Matthews: brothers, Cleo, George and Johnnie Cumberland.
