Frances J. Christine

Frances Consolini Christine, 92, of Metuchen, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.
Born on December 21, 1932, Frances was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Wallace, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, adventure, and devotion. Their journey together took them from Connecticut to Massachusetts, Wisconsin, and even England, before settling in New Jersey.
Frances dedicated her life to raising and supporting her family. As a stay-at-home mother, she poured her heart into her home, always creating a space filled with warmth, encouragement, and care. She loved reading, gardening, and playing tennis, and she took great joy in the simple pleasures of life-especially those spent with her family.
Frances is survived by her son Brian and his wife Jaenette, her daughter Susan, and her cherished grandchildren: Thomas, Samantha, Samantha Sue and her husband, Liam. Her love and unwavering support will live on in each of them.
Her grace, strength, and generosity of spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the hospice team at Hackensack Meridian Health.
The Funeral will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 9:45am from the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave (Rt. 27), Metuchen followed by a 10:15am Funeral Mass at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen.
The visitation will be Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 5 to 7pm at the Funeral Home.
