Funeral service for Frances Farley will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Gillette Memorial Chapel; interment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will take place prior to the services beginning at 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Gillette Memorial Chapel. Frances Renee (Hulse) Farley of Gillette, Wyoming went home to be with the Lord Tuesday September 9, 2025. Born to Cecil Walker and Opal Goodwin Hulse in Westhope, ND on April 27, 1936. Frances was married to Wayne Farley December 18, 1952. Wayne and Frances spent many years covering numerous miles chasing rigs in the oil field. Their work took them from North Dakota to Colorado, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico, and finally, Wyoming, where they eventually settled down on Mohan Road in Gillette. During their time in Gillette, they owned and operated Farley-Reed Bit Service as well as Hard Times Grocery. Frances could also be found working in the local Dairy Queen. They also served in their Church as the Sunday School Bus drivers for over 25 years. They were happily wedded for 67 years. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne; parents, Cecil and Nelle Hulse; brothers, Jake (Francis) Hulse; Dale (Ardis) Hulse; Covel (Connie) Hulse; sisters, Kathy McCurly and Judy Hulse; great-grandchild, Liliana Oberst. She is survived by her sisters, Nina Lee and Sandy Wentz; children, Vickie (Mark) Fjelseth of Gillette, WY; Sonja (Jeff) Trimarchi of Gillette, WY; Mike Farley Sr. of Gillette, WY; Tracey (Kevin) Herman of Gillette, WY; and Wayne (Heather) Farley of Salem, AR; grandchildren; Tina Peltz of Midland, TX; Stormi Child, Gillette, WY; Melissa Campos of Midland, TX; Frank Murphy of Mesa, AZ; Michael Farley Jr. of Goodyear, AZ; Denise Herman of Cheyenne, WY; Jessie Farley of Casper, WY; Tyler Hoy of Gillette, WY; Elizabeth Rios of Lubbock, TX; Jake Farley of Bellevue, NE; Shawnee Beatty of Kansas City, MO; Tony Farley of Gillette, WY; and John Farley of Gillette, WY. Also including 19 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Frances is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
