Frances Dianne Heird was born on August 23, 1947, in Shreveport, Louisiana to the late Mami Frances Wallace and Ralph O'Riley Chisolm. In May of 1974, Dianne dedicated her life as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She held fast to her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses for the rest of her life and pioneered for many years. She moved to Mayflower in 2011 and fell in love with the mountains. Dianne loved spending time sewing and making floral arrangements. She loved to decorate her home and even received awards from Home Interior. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren whenever she could. She enjoyed taking photos of family, friends and the outdoors and learning about Jehovah's creations. She fell asleep in death Tuesday September 9th, 2025, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock surrounded by family.

Dianne is survived by husband Vernon Heird; her sons, William Speed and his wife Stephanie, Timothy Speed and his wife Christy; daughter Brigette Kirkland and her husband Pete; grandchildren, Amanda Speed, Alex Speed, Tristin Speed and his wife Sylena, Preston Speed, Kaitlyn Kirkland, and Ryan Kirkland and one great granddaughter Savannah Speed; brothers Ralph O'Riley Chisolm Jr(Butch) and his wife Patricia(Trish), Damon Chisolm; Sisters Meana Green and her husband Steve; Vicki Chisolm; and many nieces, nephews and cousins; and many Spiritual Brothers and Sisters.

A memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. September 20, 2025 at Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witnesses 1700 Hairston Street Conway, Arkansas 72034 with Brother Scott Smith officiating
