On July 3, 2023, Our Mother, Frances Janet Heiser, from Lovell, WY, surrounded by family, left this life on earth to Join her son, Chad, in the arms of heaven.
Frances was born on January 16, 1943, to Vincent and Lena Kovash in Belfield, North Dakota. She joined her brother Dave and sister Irene.
On October 20, 1959, at the tender age of 16, she married the LOVE OF HER LIFE, Frank Heiser. "To those who said it would never last", 63 ½ years sure proved them wrong.
On April 26, 1961, they welcomed their first son, Chad, followed by daughter, Dianna on October 31, 1962, and son, Ray on October 11, 1964. From her children she was blessed with Grandson's Josiah, Cody and Levi as well as Granddaughter Jessica and Great Granddaughter Ava.
Mom was the most loyal, hardworking, honest woman. She loved the simple pleasures in life, the outdoors, flowers and animals of all kinds.
Fran was fortunate to have worked side by side with Frank for most of her life. Together they traveled the country following Frank's military and trucking career. Then together with their son, Ray, they went on to build countless cellphone tower sites across the country. Frank and Fran were fortunate to have owned and operated a couple of ranches together.
As an avid dog lover, she and Frank rescued several dogs, of which Bud and Rowdy still remain and will greatly miss her.
Frances was proceeded in death by her parents, sister, brother and Son Chad. She is survived by her husband, Frank. Daughter Dianna Blom (ex-husband Chris), and Son Ray (Deborah) Heiser. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Josiah (Fiance Denise) Heiser, Jessica Heiser, Cody (Morgan) Blom, Levi Blom and great granddaughter Ava Decker.
As per her wishes, there will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your local animal shelter.
"Fly High Mom, keep the flowers watered and the dogs fed."
