Frances Margaret Liverman, 66, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. She was born in Edgecombe County on October 6, 1959, and was the youngest daughter of John H. Coker and Margaret B. Coker. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John H. Coker, Jr.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Brentwood Pentecostal Holiness Church, followed by a service with Pastor Paul Mobley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Frances had a great love for The Lord, family and friends. Frances was a member of Brentwood Holiness Church and enjoyed worshiping and fellowship with her brothers and sisters in Christ.

She is survived by her loving family, including her husband of 44 years, Stanley Liverman; son, Stan Liverman (Ashley Adkins); daughter, Ashley Liverman; grandchildren, Cassidy and Conner; three sisters, Rebecca Coker, Naomi Coker, and Sallie Denny (Ricky); and a special friend, Leigh Ann Webb who is considered an adopted sister; two sisters-in-law, Ann Coker and Donna Haggard; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, extended family and special friends.

Her greatest love was her family. She loved them dearly. Frances wanted nothing but the best for each of them. She often sacrificed her own needs to provide for the ones she loved.

Frances graduated from Harbarger Business College in Raleigh. She worked in several capacities over the years, but her passion was cooking. She owned and managed On-the-Square restaurant and then continued to work there for many years after the sale to Inie and Stephen. Frances was forever cooking cakes, pies, anything a family member or friend suggested they would like to have. She enjoyed cooking for others.

Flowers are welcomed but donations can be made to Gentive Hospice - Tarboro, 1712 W. Howard Avenue Tarboro, NC 27886.
