She died February 22, 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she lived most of her life.
She is survived by her two children, Jolynn Noel Winland of St. Mary's, WV, and Russ Noel of West Palm Beach. She is also survived by her four grandchildren: Mark Paul, Julie Kimball, Nicole Hicks, and Rusty Noel; and six great-grandchildren: Madelyn & Ethan Paul, Andrew & Benjamin Homan, and Jamie & Richard Grose.
