She was preceded in death by her sister Anna Jane Traynor, and brothers, Albert "Bud" Packard Jr, Robert "Bob" Packard, and granddaughter in-law, Heather Passariello.

Frannie I will miss you. You were always so full of life. I loved working with you at the KC Bingo and remember your 90th Birthday party we had for you. I'm so sorry I didn't make it to the church but have been having some health problems myself. I know the Angels greeted you with open arms and I'll always remember you in my prayers.
God Bless you Frannie. You made the world better while you were here.
