Frances Martinez Perez, age 78, was born on March 5, 1947, in San Antonio Texas and entered eternal rest on January 24, 2026.

Frances Martinez Perez is preceded in death by her husband Cosme C. Perez, Jr., her parents, Atanasio Martinez and Candelaria B. Martinez; her brothers, Juan, Jose, Secudino, Ricardo, Jesus, Cruz, and Atanasio Martinez; and her sister, Maria Luisa Martinez; and her son in law Jacob Anthony Gutierrez, Sr.

She is survived by her son, Cosme Perez III, and her daughter Cristella Gutierrez; her grandsons: Jacob Gutierrez, Jr., Jason Gutierrez, Cosme Perez IV, Angel Perez, Logan Perez; her granddaughters: Casandra Gutierrez, Candice Gutierrez, Jessica Ybarra Gutierrez and Faith Perez; and great grandsons Johnny Dale Clifton, Cosme Perez V, and Aizen Perez.

Frances Martinez Perez will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and family matriarch whose life was centered on her devotion to her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through generations.

Frances Martinez Perez will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
