Ms. Frances "Fran" Powell, age 75 of Elkton, passed away on Thursday, August 28th at Christian Care Communities in Hopkinsville.
Frances was born July 23, 1950 in Allensville, Kentucky daughter of the late James Campbell and Celia Louise Page Campbell.
She was a retired Todd County School Bus Driver where she worked for 23 years and loved all her children that she had the pleasure of meeting while driving the bus. Fran loved her friends and enjoyed antique collecting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lyman Powell; her brother, Jimmy Campbell and two sisters, Judy Sears and Ann Uhles. She is survived by two sons, Raymond Tamasovich and Larry Tamasovich both of Ohio and three daughters, Kimberly Vinci, Melissa McGreal both of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Sarah Tamasovich.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 12th from 5:00 until Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 with Rev. Eddie Mitchell officiating.
