Frances Robinson Obituary
Frances Landusky Robinson, wife of Arthur Tudhope Robinson (deceased), died on December 22, 2025.
Born September 16, 1929, to James and Frieda (Reiners) Landusky, they moved to South Hero in 1947, where Frances remained until her death.
She graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in business and economics and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Most of her working years were spent as a bookkeeper for the family business, Robinson Hardware, Inc. Her love of books led to her becoming an antiquarian bookseller, which, even though it was a business, to her was simply something she enjoyed.
She is survived by her son, James Robinson, his wife Kathy, and their children, Sam, Kait, and Emmy, and by her daughter, Anne Fenmore, and her son, Parker.
She was predeceased by her son-in-law, James Fenmore.
There will be no services. Burial in the South Hero Cemetery will be private.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the South Hero Fire Department or South Hero Rescue.
