Frances Leoba Welsh

Frances L. Welsh was reunited with her one true love, Andy Welsh, on September 21, 2025. Fran was born in Baltimore on August 27, 1939, to Mary and Ashton Grymes. She passed away peacefully at the AccentCare Hospice Center at Christiana Hospital. Fran and Andy loved to fish, garden, travel, dance, cheer on the Baltimore Ravens and engage in various other shenanigans together. She also enjoyed reading, decorating, shopping and mahjong. Fran was preceded in death by Andy and her daughter Sydonie Walther. She is survived by her son, Charles Welsh and his wife Sally, her grandson Ben Walther and his wife Kayte, and her great-grandson Bronley. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
