Everything said here about Frank drawing people to him is so true. I met Peggy and Frank when volunteering at Andre House. I tried a few nights and finally settled on Wednesdays after feeling so included and encouraged by them to come back. It was a joy to be around them. Frank would round up a few volunteers to go outside to greet the guests before the meal service for what he named, "friendliness and cleanliness." He would provide hand sanitizer along with his jovial welcome and infectious smile. Peggy and Frank were an irreplaceable fun team radiating positive energy. I can hear Peggy saying, "Oh Frank," at his joking ways. My heartfelt love and condolences to you, Peggy.

Frank (and Peggy) have been the most incredible support for my grandmother. Their friendship is something that is truly inspiring. They truly feel like an addition to the family and a love that cannot be replaced. We will deeply miss Frank (Kid) and all the laughs he brough to our family.
Keeping sweet Peggy in our thoughts during this difficult time.
Love,

Unforgettable, that´s what Frank is! For fifty years we shared many wonderful experiences with Frank and Peggy. They, my husband, Conny (Constantine), and our children; Peter, Susie and the Bell boys would spend Thanksgiving at our house. Memories of before dinner prayer contest between Conny and Frank warms my heart. Wonderful yacht trips from the Afton, MN Marina down the St. Croix River to Red Wing, MN; bicycles and tennis rackets in tow on the yacht. Frank and Conny´s doubles tennis tournament in Burnsville,MN.; was one of a kind! Such fun! Our friendships were a blessing from God to Conny and me. Love to my treasured friend Peggy and the growing Bell Family.
RIP Frank May your memory be EternalKaren Brown

I'm proud and honored to call Frank my friend. I didn't know a whole lot about him, except for seeing him and Peggy at church for many years. (I'm in the music ministry) A kind and gentle man, he always made time to come over to me shake my hand and we would just talk for a few minutes every week. Frank and Peggy asked me to join them after a mass to celebrate the renewal of their wedding vows. Again , honored to be asked to celebrate with them. I'll never forget the man's kindness. My love and prayers to Peggy. Amen

Frank was larger than life and one of the greatest friends anyone could ever have! When Esther and I moved to Fountain Hills in 2007, we knew no one. We immediately joined Firerock CC and Frank and Peggy immediately welcomed us with open arms. We miss you BIG GUY!!!

What a great friend Frank and Peggy
have been to Rosann and me. We have
had so many good memories of the times we have spent with them, including the frequent trips we did together, the golfing, dinners and even
breakfasts we shared after church services.
Rosann and I have always marveled at what Frank and Peggy we're able to
accomplish in life, including raising three very successful sons, despite overcoming Frank's early on problems with addiction.

So sad for his sudden departure but he is with God now. I always admired how great he was as a father and husband. My favorite memory was when we were golfing before the wedding of Peter and Mari and his golf shot somehow managed to find my foot instep on the fly, very painful, but good for a lifetime of laughs. RIP
