Francis Hall Obituary
Francis was born on June 2, 1950, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Kenneth and Evelyn (Dobbs) Hall. He attended Portland High School and served in the United States Marine Corp for 2 years. Francis was a member of the Fort Recovery VFW.
Survivors include:
His children: Michael Hall – Connecticut
Chad Hall – Connecticut
Jason Hall – Connecticut
Greg Englehardt (wife Diana) – Ft. Wayne, Indiana
Jessica Jones – Marengo, Indiana
1 brother: Terry Hall (wife Glenna) – Saratoga, Indiana
Several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews
Francis was preceded in death by 3 brothers Kenneth Hall, John Hall, Ronald Hall and 1 sister Shirley Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Jonathon Edwards will officiate and burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery, west of Bryant, Indiana. American Legion Post #211 of Portland will conduct military rites at the funeral home.

i knew Francis for more than 50 years he was a good fellow and I know he liked to work in his wood shop he could make some good projects i will miss his deep voice and that short laugh he had louis brown (brownie)
