Francis Howard Obituary
A memorial service to celebrate Bill's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 28, at Michiana Church of Christ, 500 E. Prairie Ronde St, Dowagiac. Bill was born on February 1, 1933, to John Francis and Lucille (Oswalt) Howard, in Dowagiac. Bill was a 1951 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. He fell in love with Betty Jean Wilson, and they married on December 8, 1955 in Angola, IN. Bill loved being a father to his children, Jerry Howard and Seann Brisben. Bill and Betty loved traveling the United States on their motorcycle, attending church, and volunteering.
Bill will be missed by his children, Jerry (Tammy) Howard and Seann (Ted) Brisben; granddaughter, Esme (Jake) Suby; and great-granddaughter, Sophia Suby.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and parents, Francis and Lucille.
