Francis Xavier Kearns, affectionately known as Frank Hearns, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, in Lynwood, California, at the age of 77. Born on March 31, 1948, in Providence, Rhode Island, Frank embodied a life marked by both professional dedication and personal warmth.
