I will deeply miss Frank. I had the privilege of working with him for over 25 years, and during that time I came to know him as a generous, friendly, and loyal friend. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand and always found time to support others, no matter how busy he was.
Frank and I shared a lot in common - we were from the same neck of the woods and spent countless conversations talking about the Orioles and racing and Maryland politics. Beyond that, we often talked about family and how fortunate we both felt to have the families we do. He spoke with such pride and warmth about his wife and son, and it was clear how strong their bond was.
I will miss Frank greatly, his kindness, his humor, and his presence. I pray that he continues to watch over and care for his loved ones and friends in the next phase of his existence. His spirit and friendship will not be forgotten.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Frank. He was always such a bright presence-so positive, supportive, and generous with his suggestions and his time. With everything he was facing, his courage and spirit were inspiring.
I know how much you must be feeling his absence. He made a meaningful difference to those around him, and we will continue to miss him dearly. Please know that his kindness, his readiness to help, and his ability to lift the team will be remembered by all of us.
During this very difficult time, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I hope you find strength in the memories you shared and comfort in knowing how many lives he touched. If there is any way I can support, you - even in a small way - I am here. [Anjulika]

We are saddened to share the passing of our colleague, Frank. Though we never met in person, I had the opportunity to work with him for three years. Frank contributed to our team in meaningful ways, and we are grateful for his time and efforts. We extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

My condolences to the family. Prayers of strength and peace for you all. I had the privilege to work with and get to know Frank over the past 7 1/2+ years at Baylor Scott and White. He will definitely be missed.
