Family and friends will honor and celebrate Francis's life at the family-owned Evans Life Celebration Home- Monkton, 16924 York Road- Monkton, MD 21111 on Monday, December 30th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with a funeral service at 11:30 AM. Interment Highview Memorial Gardens. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com. Donations may be made in Francis's name to the Alzheimer's Association.

Tanya and I are holding Marie and Frank's Family in the Light. We will always treasure the memories of our walks and travels with Marie and Frank. They were such invigorating and adventurous soul mates. We were fortunate to have shared wonderful times together. Please accept our warmest thoughts.
