Francis "Frank" Lang

Francis "Frank" C. Lang of Doylestown passed away on April 20, 2023. He was 77 years old. Frank was the beloved husband of Joanne V. Lang with whom he had shared over 46 years of marriage. He was born in Abington, PA the son of the late Frank and Mildred Lang.
In addition to his wife Francis is survived by his loving children; Gretchen McCauley and her husband Mike, Fran Lang and Samantha Lang, Grandchildren; Mary and Christopher, nieces and nephews; Wayne Birster and his wife Donna, Donna Donnelly and her husband William, and Denise George. In addition to parents Frank was predeceased by; his son Peter Lang, Sisters; Phylis Birster and Mildred George and nephew; Jeff George.
Frank's great passion in life was baseball. He was a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. He shared his love of the game by coaching little league. Later in life he dedicated 24 years to umpiring. He had a soft spot for his pets and treated them like family. He was known to love chocolate, Sunday morning breakfasts, and making the best Belgian waffles. Frank was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle who cherished his family above all else. The legacy of his life is etched into our hearts, and our memories of him are treasured blessings.
Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 after 10:00 a.m. followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA. His interment will follow in George Washington Memorial Park, Ambler, PA.
