Frank was a respected member of the 102 Civil Engineer Squadron for many years. I was proud to serve along side of him and always enjoyed the comaraderie we shared. We should all be thankful for his service and patriotism.

Sending our condolences to Frankie's family. Our memories are from family events playing flag football with all of our cousins and Nonnie getting upset that we would ruin our clothing. Even though we didn't get to see each other often, always will treasure the memories. Love Steven and Ann Marie Rizza
