Francis M. Porciello

Porciello, Francis M., 66 of Arlington, passed away on Sunday March 2, 2025 at home surrounded by the love of his family after a brief illness. Born in Boston on September 19, 1958, he was the beloved Son of the late Anthony P. and Josephine (Rizza) Porciello. He was predeceased by his life partner, Kerry Tacey of Arlington and his brother Stephen J. Porciello of Arlington.
He is survived by his brother Anthony Porciello and his wife Nancy of Peabody; sister Rachel Cutliffe of Billerica; sister in law Joyce Porciello of Arlington and Kerry's daughter, Jennifer Tacey of Miami, Florida. Also survived by seven nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews.
Frank was a lifelong resident of Arlington, graduating from Arlington High School Class of 1977. He spent years in the telecom industry and retired from Comcast in 2023. Frank was proud to serve our country in the Air Force National Guard, 102nd Civil Engineering Squadron at Otis Air Force Base in Cape Cod. He served a tour of duty overseas in Europe. He retired after 32 years of service with the rank of Master Sergeant.
As a member of the VFW of Arlington, he enjoyed spending time with friends He also loved vacationing with Kerry and friends in Hampton Beach, NH.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass. Ave., ARLINGTON on Saturday from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm and to a funeral home service at 12:00 pm.
