I am deeply saddened to hear of Frank's Passing. I worked with Frank at Caesars for over 25 years at Caesars Atlantic City as the Safety and Risk Manager. He was a wonderful person to know and work with. To Frank's family, please accept my most heartfelt condolence for your loss. I will always remember Frank and his great Facilities staff at Caesars.

I knew Frank mostly from working as a Sub-Contractor, at the Flagship on many projects. Also, I was one of crew on a few of the offshore trips, which George Thomas has mentioned. Frank always had that infectious Smile, even if the day was not going well. So sorry that your Retirement was short lived.
RIP buddy and condolences to all of your Family.

I worked with Frank at Caesars. He was a very accomplished and proffesional individual.
Condolences to the family at this sad time.

Frank will always be remembered by those fortunate enough to know him for his love of the water and the camaraderie it brought.
Some of our fondest memories were spent with Frank, my Father & mutual friends fishing together off the New Jersey coast-long days some overnight... in pursuit of tuna and marlin, sharing stories, laughter, and that unmistakable sense of anticipation that only comes when the lines are in and the horizon is wide open. Frank had a deep respect for the sea and a steady confidence that made every trip memorable, whether we caught fish or not.
His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to sail on in the stories and hearts of all who knew him.
